Yes. Every Starter Kit includes a 30-day free trial of the Monthly Service. Cancel anytime.
Can I switch plans?
The Monthly Service is the only recurring plan. You can cancel and re-subscribe anytime without losing your data.
What happens if I cancel the service?
The toy continues to work with a limited set of pre-loaded stories and responses. Full AI conversations require an active subscription.
Are there family discounts?
Yes. Each additional toy on the same account receives a 20% discount on the hardware. The Monthly Service covers all toys on one account.
Is the custom voice a subscription?
No. The Custom Voice is a one-time fee. Once created, it's yours to use as long as you have an active Monthly Service.
